Some days the mood is dark and heavy, while the soul is somber. Keep loving "What Is", nothing is permanent. Ever since I've read "Siddhartha" by Hesse, waterfalls and rivers especially have a special meaning to me. As they say, you never step in the same river twice. Energies that move large amounts of water are healing! Spend more time near large amounts of water to heal your body and soul! Especially in today's world of technologies, being in large bodies of water will help you discharge and balance out the energy in your system!

"Dark Flow" is a moody waterfall nature photography art from one of my most favorite places in Northern California (Almost Oregon). Shasta Trinity area is super rich with water, wild nature and of course it's majesty - Mount Shasta. This massive (potentially active) volcano always evokes a feeling of great respect when I'm around it. I always feel as if my every step is being watched by the "Old Queen" who is quietly ruling her kingdom and surrounding areas! The sense of quiet stillness you experience in its presence can not simply be described in words. There are many nature activities you can do in the area, from skiing to hiking, to swimming or camping. Or spend a weekend in one of the spiritual retreats that many healers offer in local centers. I highly recommend visiting this part of the world if you are into traveling, I visit there 3-4 times a year to photograph, fish or just recharge in one of the ice-cold waterfalls!
