I will not stop talking about the California state being THE MOST DIVERSE ecosystem on the planet earth. McArthur-Burney Falls is yet another reason to add to the list of why this state is so amazing. Within a few hours of driving you can go from some of the largest cities on the Pacific Ocean, to desolate deserts, to mountains, to snow or even waterfalls. California's landscape is as unpredictable as weather itself. Gems like Burney Falls make you stop and wonder the natural beauty we are surrounded with. That many times, we take it for granted.

Tucked away in Shasta-Trinity forest, this river flow culminates into an amazing natural wonder. Year round, Burney Falls attracts thousands of visitors who just want to experience this beauty in person. This is a true California's gem, located just a few hours drive from San Francisco, but offers an escape and recharge of energy created by this majestic waterfall. Every time I visit Burney Falls, the first thing I do, I just stand there in awe, as if to absorb the profound story this old river flow is trying to tell me.

In this art print, the waterfall was captured at the perfect time of the season when foliage around it was changing colors in preparation for the winter freeze!
